Cape Coast Threads was cultivated from a passion for the art of crochet and a commitment to sustainability through upcycling.  Many of our products are crafted from repurposed fabrics sourced from old clothing, giving each piece a unique story and a new life. Every item is handcrafted with care, making it a true work of art.

Our founder, Kim, resides on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant community inspire her creative process. Kim has been crocheting and sewing since she was 12 years old, learning her craft from her mother, Beverly, who in turn was taught by her mother.  When you buy from Cape Coast Threads, you are receiving an item that has roots in a long family tradition.
